18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 and younger than or equal to 80; 2. The inclusion criteria of high-risk groups of esophageal cancer are: (1) The first-degree relatives had a history of esophageal cancer; (2) I have suffered from early esophageal cancer with endoscopic resection; (3) I have a history of head and neck tumor; 3. It is suitable for patients who receive esophagoscopy; 4. Patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had emergency examination (treatment) of upper gastrointestinal tract due to hematemesis and abdominal pain; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade is higher than III; 3. Pregnant and lactating patients; 4. Patients or family members who do not understand the conditions and objectives of this study.
