Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic standards of diagnostic key points of various cerebrovascular diseases, Chinese diagnosis and treatment guidelines for cerebral hemorrhage (2014) and Chinese diagnosis and treatment guidelines for acute ischemic stroke (2018) formulated by the Chinese Medical Association; 2. The first stroke patients (including ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke) diagnosed by brain CT or MRI; 3. Patients with certain language communication ability (token test >= 17 points); 4. Patients without cognitive impairment (MMSE >= 17 points); 5. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with transient ischemic attack; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, respiratory failure and malignant tumor; 3. Patients with dementia history, mental illness history and mental disorders; 4. Blind, deaf and aphasic patients.
