18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosed be adenocarcinoma of gastric and colorectum; 2. Clinical staging assessed as resectable; 3. The diameter of tumor no more than 6cm 4. Aged 18-70 years; 5. PS score 0-1; 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received neoadjuvant chemo/radio therapy; 2. Synchronous malignant tumors in other sites; 3. Preoperative infection or scar at the incision area; 4. History of skin disease or diabetes; 5. permanet or temporary stoma; 6. Emergency surgery.
