4 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with spastic cerebral palsy have surgical indications for resection of the posterior root of the spinal nerve; 2. Complete the wechsler intelligence scale for children or the wechsler intelligence scale for children; 3. The patient's aged >=4 years; 4. Complete perinatal data; 5. Able to accept the arranged treatment plan and cooperate with the completion of follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with mental retardation cannot cooperate with rehabilitation treatment; 2. Mixed cerebral palsy; 3. There was a history of epileptic seizures, and there was no patient who had been off the drug for more than 1 year.
