18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women over 18 years old; 2. Patients with breast cancer confirmed by preoperative pathology; 3. Patients without deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity detected by color Doppler ultrasound before operation; 4. Patients who can and are willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of VTE; 2. Patients with long-term anticoagulation; 3. Patients with thrombocytopenia (platelet count less than 100 x 10^9 platelets); 4. Patients with impaired renal function (serum creatinine > 180 µ mol / L or creatinine clearance < 30 ml / min); 5. Patients known to be allergic to heparin; 6. Patients with active bleeding or high bleeding risk diseases (gastric ulcer, brain malignant diseases); 7. Low weight patients, weight < 45kg; 8. Patients using NSAIDs; 9. Patients in other trials. 10. Pregnant and lactating women.
