experimental group:1. Increase the window of puncture point, observe whether there is bleeding
2. design and application of extension tube fixation device, reduce adhesive tape paste
3. design and application of crystal leg cover, reduce the bleeding of puncture point
4. encourage patients to participate in their own safety.

18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years; 2. The patients who were treated with unilateral femoral vein catheterization and thrombolysis; 3. Patients who have clear consciousness and can express clearly; 4. Patients willing to cooperate with the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of thrombolysis and anticoagulation; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients with severe skin allergy.
