Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. EUS-FNA should be performed in patients who have or are suspicious of occupying lesions of peripheral solid of digestive tract detected by endoscopy and / or imaging (CT, MRI, abdominal B-ultrasound, etc.) before operation; 2. Patients willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal coagulation (platelet count 1.5); 2. Patients taking anticoagulants recently; 3. Patients who have blood vessels in the puncture route, or who are too far away from the puncture, who have a history of digestive tract diversion and are expected to be unable to complete the EUS-FNA operation; 4. Patients unable to tolerate anesthesia; 5. Patients judged as uncooperative by researchers.
