Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as acute heart failure according to China heart failure diagnosis and treatment guide 2018 and China acute heart failure emergency clinical practice guide 2017. The diagnosis is as follows: the patient has a history of basic cardiovascular disease. This hospitalization is characterized by exertional dyspnea or paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea or sit up breathing or cough with pink foam sputum. Physical examination can be associated with pulmonary rales or wheezing, early or mid term gallop gallbladder, jugular vein filling or hepatic jugular reflux, and lower limb edema. B type natriuretic peptide or N terminal B type can be seen in laboratory tests. The level of N-terminal prohormone of brain natural peptide (NT proBNP) is increased. Chest radiograph and echocardiogram showed enlargement of the heart and pleural effusion. ECG shows various abnormalities; 2. Patients over 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients whose first blood creatinine was more than 180mmol / L or who had received hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis or kidney transplantation before; 2. Patients whose hemoglobin is less than 100g / L for the first time; 3. Patients with severe pneumonia, sepsis, septic shock and advanced malignant tumor; 4. Patients over 100 years old.
