18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. Upper renal pelvis and ureter calculi (diameter < 2 cm); 3. Patients with complications such as uretero-pelvic junction obstruction (UPJO), isolated kidney, complicated urinary tract infection, renal cyst or adrenal gland disease requiring surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distal ureteral stenosis; 2. Acute urinary tract infection; 3. Hemorrhagic disease; 4. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 5. Complications of cancer of the urinary system, such as kidney, bladder, or ureter.
