Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 18 years old and less than 65 years old,and no contraindication of ASCT; 2. MM patients with measurable disease according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and management of multiple myeloma in China (2017 revision); 3. ECOG > 3; 4. Patients with good physical and mental health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary or secondary plasma cell leukemia; 2. Previous treatment for MM; 3. Allergic to experimental drugs, such as bortezomib and lenalidomide; 4. Patient has participated in another clinical trial or received any type of research drug; 5. HIV positive.
