Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients with MHD treatment >= 6 months and dialysis 3 times a week; 3. Kt/V > 1.2 4. Patients whose blood phosphorus was more than 1.78mmol/l for two consecutive quarters; 5. IPTH < 600 pg / ml; 6. Patients who can communicate effectively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite diagnosis of mental and psychological diseases; 2. Patients with serious complications, such as heart failure, serious infection, malignant tumor and other diseases; 3. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
