19 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 19-85; (2) patients undergo upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and colonoscopy; (3) ASA I, II; (4) stable ASA III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) unstable coronary artery disease; (2) severe liver and kidney insufficiency; (3) severe OSAHS and obesity (BMI>=30); (4) severe neurological diseases ; (5) fasting < 6h, drinking < 2h); (6) history of drug abuse, sedative drug allergy; (7) conventional endoscopic operation contraindications; (8) pregnant women or persons not accompanied by their family members; (9) low experience in endoscopic surgery; (10) cognitive impairment before or after surgery; (11) hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
