Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, premature coronary heart disease is defined as male <= 55 years old, female <= 65 years old and clearly diagnosed with coronary heart disease. 2. The selected patients in the case group strictly followed the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease established by the American college of cardiology and the American heart association in 2000. All patients had paroxysmal or persistent precardiac pain, and were diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction by coronary angiography or coronary artery CTA, indicating more than 50% coronary artery stenosis, or by electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme examination. 3. Patients in the control group were inpatients and outpatients without coronary atery disease confirmed by coronary angiography or coronary artery CTA.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are suffering from other diseases that affect lipid and fatty acid metabolism, such as thyroid disease, nephrotic syndrome, etc.; 2. Patients who have hematological system diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, acute and chronic infections, autoimmune diseases, and take on medications that affect fatty acid metabolism; 3. Patients who have heart diseases such as dilated cardiomyopathy and rheumatic heart disease; 4. Patients who take vitamin or fish oil supplements for more than 1 month.
