18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients with invasive mechanical ventilation meeting ARDS Berlin standard; 3. Patients with more than 48 hours of invasive mechanical ventilation were given.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with permanent or temporary pacemakers; 2. Patients with moderate or large amount of pleural effusion; 3. Patients with severe hemodynamic instability, vertebral or pelvic diseases, and special requirements for position after orthopedic surgery; 4. Patients with body mass index (BMI) > 30kg / m2; 5. Patients or family members who refused to participate in the study, or patients who quit halfway.
