Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5-70 years, both gender; 2. Anterior cruciate ligament tear verified by MRI. Laxity of lachman and anterior drawer was over class II; 3. Flexion of knee is over 120 degree; 4. Patients are willing to attend the test and sign informed consent; 5. Patients are willing to cooperate with doctor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental and psychological disorders; 2. Obese patients with BMI > 35; 3. Patients with multiple ligament injuries; 4. Patients who are unable or unwilling to receive rehabilitation training; 5. Patients with severe ankylosis or fibrosis; 6. Patients who have undergone knee joint open surgery in the past six months; 7. Patients with abnormal blood calcium / free calcium, with serious primary cardiovascular disease, lung disease, endocrine and metabolic diseases or serious diseases affecting their survival, such as tumor or AIDS, which are considered by researchers to be unsuitable for inclusion; 8. Pregnant or lactating women, or subjects who plan to be pregnant during the trial, subjects who have positive urine HCG test results before the trial, and menstrual women; 9. Patients with other acute and chronic diseases that the researchers think should not be operated on.
