Interventions

Narrow tubular stomach group:Adopts a narrow tubular stomach with a diameter of 3.0cm

fusiform tube stomach group:Adopt fusiform tube stomach (width greater than 6.0cm)

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical stage T1-3N0M0 tumor; 2. Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) scores I to II; 3. Anastomosis using a mechanical ring stapler.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with COPD, asthma or interstitial lung disease; 2. Patients with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients who lift the tube stomach through the sternum; 4. Patients with accidental injury of right gastroepiploic vessels during operation; 5. Patients with previous cancer history; 6. Patients with previous history of neck, chest or abdominal surgery.
