Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; 2. Patients with stroke symptoms less than 48 hours; 3. Patients who have been diagnosed as cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction by CT or MRI; 4. Patients who are willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent and can cooperate in the examination and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limited movement (fracture, retained internal fixation consumables, etc.); 2. Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage; 3. Patients with serious basic diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, renal failure, active malignant tumor, etc.).
