Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With no gastrointestinal disease, ability to take soft solid food orally; 2. PS (Physical Condition Score) is between 0-1.5; 3. Main organs have sufficient functions; 4. No other active malignant tumors (except non-melanoma skin cancer); 5. 12 weeks No antibiotics, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, prokinetic drugs, etc .; 6. No history of gastroduodenal ulcer or major gastrointestinal surgery; 7. No hormone therapy; 8. Sign a written informed consent to ensure that the diet spectrum remains unchanged during the monitoring period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastrointestinal symptoms: nausea, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea; 2. Patients with nervous system symptoms such as headache / vertigo, excitement and agitation; 3. Patients with IBD or diverticulitis, gastric banding or bypass surgery; 4. Patients with other gastrointestinal operations such as appendicitis within 6 months; 5. Patients with persistent hypoimmunity caused by chemotherapy; 6. Patients with CD4 count less than 240 caused by HIV infection; 7. Patients who used prednisolone more than 60 mg / D for a long time; 8. Patients with infectious diseases; 9. Patients requiring ICU reception; 10. Patients with a history of diabetes mellitus, use of metformin and other drugs other than insulin.
