experimental group:Phenylephrine (50 mcg, IV bolus) is administered immediately after anesthesia induction, followed by phenylephrine infusion starting at 30 µg/min and titrating of the infusion rate,
control group:administer regular anesthetics

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients will undergo painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; 2. Aged 18~75 years; 3. ASA I~III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose basic heart rate is less than 50 beats / min; 2. Patients with severe hypertension (basic systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure) >= 110 mmHg; 3. For patients with malignant arrhythmia, the New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function grade >= 3; 4. Difficult airway, high risk of back flow aspiration; 5. Patients with chronic renal failure; 6. Patients allergic to norepinephrine.
