Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients will undergo cardiac surgery under elective extracorporeal circulation; 2. Age 15-80 years old; 3. Voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of chronic kidney disease before surgery and urinalysis and clinical manifestations before and / or 3 days after surgery suggest that a urinary tract infection exists; 2. Nephrotoxic drugs have been used before or during the study; 3. Those with unstable vital signs before surgery; 4. Cardiac arrest during surgery or death within 48 hours after surgery; 5. With other serious diseases.
