Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; 2. Patients who will undergo elective surgery; 3. The patients who had heart operation and general anesthesia due to cardiovascular diseases were admitted; 4. Patients willing to sign informed consent; 5. Patients with MMSE score greater than 23 were used for preoperative cognitive function assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Asa-V or VI; 2. Patients with schizophrenia, myasthenia gravis, Parkinson's disease and epilepsy before operation; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction, severe heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction and severe infectious diseases diagnosed clinically; 4. Patients with moderate or above pulmonary dysfunction; 5. Patients suspected or with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Patients who were unable to cooperate with the study for any reason, such as severe dementia, language understanding , brain injury, coma, etc.; 7. Patients who took other investigational drugs or participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion in the study; 8. The researchers think it is not suitable to be included in this study.
