Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old who underwent EUS examinations, including inpatients and outpatients; 2. Patients who agreed to participate in the study and were able to sign written informed consent; 3. Patients who agree to perform histopathological examination in suspected SMT include but are not limited to: clamp biopsy or endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contra-indications of ultrasound endoscopy; 2. Those who underwent biopsy during the EUS examination but whose pathological diagnosis and pathology report were not confirmed; 3. Those who failed to complete the ultrasound endoscopy under special circumstances.
