5 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5-18 years; 2. Diagnosis of beta-thalassemia intermedia and major; 3. Guardians have signed the informed consent form; 4. Not participating in other clinical research projects in three months before enrollment; 5. Not taking other drugs such as hydroxyurea that interfered with the therapeutic effect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with liver, kidney and heart dysfunction; 2. Combined with megaloblastic anemia or other types of anemia; 3. Combined with malignant tumor diseases or rheumatic immunological diseases.
