Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo elective gastrointestinal surgery laparoscopy; 2. ASA grade I-II grade; 3. Aged > 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, lung, kidney and other pathological changes and blood system abnormalities; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, ischemic heart disease or left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%; 4. Patients with new arrhythmias, arterial intubation failure, or unexpected severe hemodynamic changes during the operation after induction of anesthesia; 5. The operation time is less than 2h; 6. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
