Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-65 years; 2. Patients suspected to be acute ischemic stroke by preliminary examination; 3. Patients with stroke within 6-24 hours or after waking up; 4. Brain CTP + head and neck CTA in the diagnosis and treatment plan; 5. Patients who have no contraindications for the examination and have not received any drugs or clinical treatment for related diseases before the examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with hyperthyroidism, iodine contrast sensitivity, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, congenital brain disease or previous craniocerebral operation history; 3. Patients with mental illness, inability to cooperate with research, etc.; 4. Patients with incomplete data and unable to judge safety.
