Early nutritional intervention group:enteral nutrition intervention at the beginning of radiotherapy
Late nutritional intervention group:enteral nutrition treatment was started when oral mucositis or severe gastrointestinal reactions caused food restriction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage II - IV head and neck tumors diagnosed by histopathology who need radiotherapy; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. KPS score above 70; 4. Patients with radiation interruption less than 1 week; 5. Patients are willing and able to follow the protocol during the study; 6. Patients with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With obvious dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart and lung, or serious endocrine and metabolic diseases; 2. Patients with serious chronic diseases; 3. Patients without malnutrition or nutritional risk; 4. Mental patients and patients with severe cognitive impairment and language expression defects; 5. Patients who refuse to follow up.
