Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Braden scale and the classification criteria of PI in the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of pressure sore developed by the American pressure sore Advisory Council (NPUAP), the European pressure sore Advisory Council (EPUAP) and the Pan Pacific pressure injury Alliance (pppia), patients who meet the pressure sore conditions and are 3 or 4 or non staged pressure sore; 2. Patients with limited activities of daily life (ADL <= 60 points); 3. Patients over 20 years old; 4. Braden score <= 12 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ulcer caused by malignant tumor; 2. Patients with blood diseases; 3. Patients with untreated pneumothorax (tension pneumothorax), mediastinal emphysema, pulmonary cavity and history of oxygen poisoning; 4. Patients with gangrene; 5. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who can not cooperate with the treatment.
