Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non obstructive coronary artery disease without revascularization; 2. CCTA confirmed that the most serious stenosis degree of coronary atherosclerotic plaque was 20% - 50% (left main coronary artery) or 20% - 70% (other coronary arteries).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and those who are allergic to iodine contrast agent; 2. Patients under 18 years old or over 80 years old; previous coronary revascularization; 3. Patients who are unwilling to participate in or unable to follow the follow-up requirements of the study; 4. Patients with abnormal origin or termination of coronary artery; 5. Patients with complex congenital heart disease; 6. Image quality is poor or ct-ffr measurement cannot be performed.
