20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-60 years; 2. Fresh and closed Pauwels III femoral neck fractures,without other injuries; 3. No systemic or local infections; 4. Normal hip function before fracture; 5. patients who Voluntarily participate in clinical trials and signed informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Necrosis of the femoral head, severe osteoarthritis and abnormal development of the hip were found on the affected side; 2. With multiple fractures; 3. Alcoholics, Long-term glucocorticoid users; 4. Complicated with serious medical diseases (ASAS grade III or above); 5. Patients with cognitive impairment; 6. Patients with abnormal muscle strength in the lower limbs or nerve damage caused by various causes; 7. Pathological femoral neck fracture; 8. Patients with lumbar disease and pelvic tilting.
