Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI >=33kg /m2 or BMI<33kg /m2, but with obesity-related complications such as degenerative joint disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, insulin resistant diabetes, sleep apnea, obesity-related pulmonary hypertension, etc. 2. responded poorly to conservative treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot tolerate surgery and general anesthesia.
