18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients' informed consent to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-70 years, with at least one implant in the mouth, completed superstructure repair and bearing >=3 months; 3. Overall health, no systemic diseases such as diabetes, liver disease, hypertension, heart disease, osteoporosis, etc. 4. No periodontal treatment within 6 months, no antibiotics and immunosuppressive drugs within 3 months; 5. Non-smokers or those who have quit smoking for at least 2 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dentition defect and smoking; Taking antibiotics and immune preparations for 3 months; The patient received any treatment affecting periodontal health for nearly half a year. Pregnant and nursing women.
