60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged over 60 years; (2) fresh thoracolumbar OVCF with posterior vertebral wall damage (CT showed fracture posterior vertebral wall damage or with partial fracture pieces moving backward into the spinal canal occupying space less than 1/3 of the sagittal diameter of the spinal canal); (3) receive PVP treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) vertebral primary or metastatic bone tumors; (2) no pain in the thoracolumbar OVCF; (3) multi-segment thoracolumbar body fracture; (4) combined with nerve injury or posterior ligament complex injury; The follow-up time was < 6 months.
