60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is equal to or greater than 60 years old; 2. Patients who have not taken aspirin or have taken low-dose aspirin (50mg / D, 100mg / D) for more than one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are taking medicine interfering uric acid metabolism like uric acid lowering drugs, diuretics, losartan, antituberculosis drugs, cytotoxic drugs; 2. With comorbidities like hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh C level), renal failure (eGFR < 15ml/min*1.73?), intestinal post-operation; 3. Patients who drink, eat a lot of seafood and animal viscera.
