Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients and donors who have successfully completed living related kidney transplantation in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The criteria for exclusion were: 1. Aged > 60 years; 2. Patients with multiple organ transplantation; 3. Patients who do not take regular medication or do not follow up regularly during the study period; 4. Patients with hyperacute rejection and nephrectomy after transplantation; 5. Malignant tumor occurred after transplantation.
