Inclusion criteria: Patients in the ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 18 years of age; 2. Hospital stay less than 72 hours due to discharge or death; 3. Disagree to participate in this study; 4. Postoperative limbs; 5. Have muscle disease.
