18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed as bipolar depression and the score of the scale met the requirements; 3. Reading ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid dysfunction; 2. Severely impaired vision without light sense; 3. Diagnosed as Substance Use and Addictive Disorders in the past six months; 4. Have taken melatonin or chronic non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within two months; 5. Have serious suicide ideas / behaviors.
