Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy group: 1. aged >=18 years old; 2. volunteers who are healthy from the community. PD (Parkinson's disease) group: 1. In line with the 2014 Chinese diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease; 2. Have symptoms of dyskinesias; 3. Exclude multiple system atrophy, Parkinson's syndrome and other diseases through skull magnetic resonance examination. MCI (Minor Cognitive Dysfunction) Group: 1. Meet the MCI diagnostic criteria developed by the Chinese Expert Group on Cognitive Dysfunction in 2006: 2. Complaints of memory impairment, which is confirmed by family members or other related persons; 3. Other cognitive functions are relatively intact or slightly impaired; 4. The daily life ability is not affected; 5. Fail to meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia; 6. Symptoms are excluded from other diseases. AD (Alzheimer's disease) group: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for the third edition of the Chinese Mental Illness Classification Scheme and Diagnostic Standards (CCMD-3): 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for organic mental disorders; 3. With comprehensive intellectual damage; 4. No sudden stroke-like attacks, no signs of focal neurological damage in the early stages of the disease; 5. No clinical or special examinations suggest that intellectual impairment is caused by other physical or brain diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases that may affect gait test and cognitive function evaluation (acute cerebrovascular disease, dementia of Lewy body, multiple sclerosis, immunometabolic infection, leukoencephalopathy, etc.) and heavy metal poisoning, alcohol dependence or psychoactive substance abuse history; 2. Patients who can't cooperate with the research content (schizophrenia, rejection, etc.); 3. Patients with hip and knee diseases (trauma, inflammation, pain, etc.) leading to walking inconvenience; 4. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
