Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 2018 to January 2021, patients with renal anemia during maintenance hemodialysis in hemodialysis center of renal Department of Ya'an people's Hospital; 2. Patients with dialysis 3 times a week, single kt / V > 1.2, dialysis age >= 12 weeks; 3. Patients who were diagnosed as renal anemia (hemoglobin = 300iu / (kg? W). 5. The study is designed for 24 weeks. A single center observational clinical study is conducted.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 18 years old; 2. Patients with any other anemia caused by diseases other than CKD, such as thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, pure red cell aplasia, tumor related anemia, chemotherapy-related anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, etc; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients who are allergic to treatment drugs; 5. Patients with serious diseases judged by doctors; 6. Patients with existing malignant tumors.
