12 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical inpatients who need to undergo radical surgery for colorectal cancer within a limited period of time; 2. Aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance; 2. Patients with distant metastases; 3. Renal insufficiency requiring dialysis in patients with liver insufficiency (Child - Pugh grade B or above); 4. With an eating disorder caused by obstruction of the digestive tract; 5. Patients with preoperative insulin resistance (increased insulin resistance index, decreased insulin sensitivity index of Bennett, abnormal cell function index); 6. Patients with terminal ileostomy during operation.
