Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with Crohn's disease; 3. Patients with anorectal stenosis who can not pass through the common gastroscope (rectum 8.9mm); 4. Accompanied by clinical symptoms (bloody diarrheaconstipation, perineal pain, incontinence and/or intestinal obstruction symptoms); 5. The patients agree to receive endoscopic treatment in our hospital and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe coexistence diseases; 2. With malignant tumor; 3. Pregnancy or recent pregnancy intention; 4. Perianal infection; 5. The proximal bowel has been ostomed; 6. Patients with endoscopic contraindications.
