20 Years to 34 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged 20-35 years; 2. AFC >= 5 and/or AMH >= 1.2ng/ml; 3. 18 < Female BMI < 28kg/m2; 4. Couples undergoing preimplantation chromosome structure variation genetic testing (PGT-SR)(Only patients with abnormal structure of the male or female chromosome); 5. Antagonist protocol; 6. Women who undergoing the first cycle of fresh IVF cycle using their own oocytes; 7. Trophoblast cell biopsy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with poor ovarian response (Poseidon criteria); 2. Endocrine diseases other than PCOS (such as Cushing syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, pituitary amenorrhea) and other important systemic diseases that the researchers consider inappropriate for this study; 3. Participate in other studies at the same time; 4. women who use donated oocytes; 5. Patients undergoing preimplantation single genetic genetic testing (PGT-M, Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic).
