Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as COVID-19 confirmed patient with a throat swab test; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Diagnosed as critical ill patients according to the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Plan (the seventh edition); 4. Complete medical records; 5. The time from admission to death was 3 days or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected patients; 2. Pregnancy and lactation.
