23 Years to 43 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 23-43 years, with the number of miscarriages >= 2 times, or with the transfer cycle of 1-2 high-quality embryos for more than 3 consecutive times and unable to obtain pregnancy; (2) Abnormal immune function; (3) Patients with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism; (4) Blood lead concentration > 20ug/l.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chromosomal abnormalities and other genetic problems; (2) Abnormal anatomical structure of the uterus, such as mediastinal uterus, cervical dysfunction; (3) Patients with thyroid diseases, high prolactinemia and other endocrine abnormalities; (4) Patients with genital tract infection; (5) The influence of bad living habits and environmental factors, such as smoking, drinking, excessive exposure to harmful chemicals, etc..
