Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction by MRI or CT; 2. 18-70 years old; 3. Patients with first stroke and confirmed as dysphagia by clinical assessment and dysphagia; 4. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and have signed the letter of understanding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of congestive heart failure; 2. With a history of recent deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs; 3. With malignant progressive hypertension; 4. With reactive liver disease, hepatic or renal inadequacy; 5. With respiratory failure; 6. With brain, spinal cord or other nerve injury; 7. With fracture of upper limb(s); 8. With a history of stroke with residual function impairment; 9. With a history of mental disorder or use of antipsychotic medication.
