Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is in accordance with the "Chinese Adult Overweight and Obesity Prevention and Control Guidelines" developed by the Chinese Obesity Working Group. The diagnosis of obesity: (1) normal-weight patients: BMI is 18.5-23.9 kg / m2; (2) obese patients: BMI>=28kg / m2 The selected lung tissue was normal lung tissue 5 cm away from the lesion after surgical treatment of patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis (<2 cm) (intraoperative rapid pathological results were carcinoma in situ with lung lobectomy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lung basic diseases: 1. Pulmonary infectious diseases; 2. Bronchial asthma and bronchiectasis; 3. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 4. Primary bronchial lung cancer; 5. Interstitial lung disease; 6. Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS); 7. Pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure; 8. Thoracic and pleural disease; Others: 1. Patients with recent use of hormones; 2. Gynecological diseases, hypothalamus, thyroid diseases and diabetes.
