18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. Stroke onset from 2 weeks to February; 3. NIHSS score 5 ~ 25; 4. The patient has a clear awareness and normal cognitive function; 5. Sign educated youth consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Both blood pressures are within 180 / 100mmHg within 24h; 2. Patients with angina pectoris, myocardial infarction or acute heart failure within 3 months before recruitment; 3. Patients wearing tracheostomy tubes, requiring continuous mechanical ventilation, lung infections, history of chronic respiratory system (branch, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure) 4. Patients with liver, kidney, and neuromuscular diseases other than stroke; 5. Patients who underwent abdominal or chest surgery or had a rib fracture within 1 year before enrollment; 6. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux; 7. Patients with aphasia, with nasal feeding tube, etc. who cannot complete the experiment; 8. Participation in other clinical studies, any inappropriate for other reasons.
