Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Colon polyps patients who underwent colonoscopy screening had a pathological diagnosis of adenoma; 2. Patients aged 40-70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower gastrointestinal bleeding has recently occurred; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, lactating or pregnant women, and patients with abnormal blood coagulation; 3. Patients with mental or intellectual disability who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment; 4. Anesthesiologist evaluates patients who cannot tolerate intravenous anesthesia.
