Inclusion criteria: Children at medium/low risk aged 0-18 years who were admitted to the department of pediatrics during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients at h high risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection; 2. The guardian does not agree to sign the informed consent or the guardian does not agree to collect information.
