Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged>18 years old; 2. STMEI patients; 3. Type A aortic dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no records of ECG; 2. no records of echocardiography; 3. no imaging records of aorta; 4. type B aortic dissection; 5. NSTEMI patients.
