18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 80 years; 2. Patients with unilateral stroke and combine with contralateral limb motor dysfunction, cooperate with clinical physical examination and treatment; 3. Patients who can complete CT, MRI, fMRI and DTI within 24 hours after onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brainstem stroke; 2. Patients with rapid progressive stroke; 3. Patients with stroke history on the opposite side; 4. Patients with other causes affecting the motor function of the opposite side of stroke; 5. Patients unable to cooperate with the follow-up.
